Welcome to Saman’s Custom Woodwork. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Services. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders -

All products are made to order and tailored to each customer’s specifications.

Before production begins, we confirm all design details, dimensions, materials, finishes, and colors.

Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Slight variations in wood color, grain, and texture are natural and part of the handmade process.

Please note: Any products that include Zellige Moroccan tile may naturally contain cracks, chips, color variations, and surface irregularities, which are normal characteristics of handmade tile. These imperfections contribute to the beauty and authenticity of the material. When used for tabletops, uneven surfaces are expected and considered part of the handcrafted aesthetic, not a defect.

 

Payments - 

Full or partial payment (as agreed) is required to begin production.

Payment indicates your approval of the final design and your agreement to these terms.

Non-Refundable Policy -

All custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.

This includes situations where:

• You change your mind about the design, shape, color, or material after production has begun.

• The product differs slightly from online images due to natural variations in wood, grain, or lighting.

Each item is handcrafted specifically for you, and as such, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.

 

Production Time - 

Production times vary based on size, complexity, and workload. We will provide an estimated completion time upon order confirmation.

Please note: these timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping and Delivery - 

We offer local delivery and nationwide shipping. Costs and arrangements are discussed before finalizing your order.

Saman’s Custom Woodwork is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Disclaimer: We offer shipping services for your convenience; however, Saman’s Custom Woodwork is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping once the item has left our shop. Customers may request optional shipping insurance for an additional fee, which must be arranged before shipment.

If a customer chooses to arrange their own private or third-party shipping, Saman’s Custom Woodwork assumes no responsibility for the product once it leaves our workshop, including any damage, delay, or loss that may occur in transit.

Liability -

Saman’s Custom Woodwork is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
